Job profile :
- Handling a part of the locations recovery portfolio pertaining to the Business Banking product.
- Collection of dues from delinquent customers through field team, legal and skip tools.
- Will be responsible for grooming agencies/DRA’s to enhance productivity.
- Strategizing and planning legal initiatives for the allocated portfolio.
- Co-ordination with legal machinery for an end to end use of legal tools.
- Candidates with a field background preferred.
- Willingness to work extensively on the field with an agency network.
- Open-minded and willing to learn as the job requires a good bit of analysis and planning.
- Ability to identify and apply the relevant legal tools to enhance the section of the portfolio.
- Quick to use necessary tools to cure the skip portfolio
Qualification required:
- Minimum Graduate with appropriate experience in field Collection
