TNSCB Recruitment 2020 for Steno cum Assistant | Last Date : 31 December 2020
Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board (TNSCB) has announced an online job notification for recruitment to the post of Steno cum Assistant. There are 01 vacancy are to be filled for this post. Interested candidates who are all eligible for this recruitment can apply through 31 December 2020. The educational qualification of the candidates must be any degree. The pay scale for the candidates will be Rs.20,000/month. The age limit of the candidates should not exceed more than 45 years. About TNSCB :
Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board is administrated by Government of Tamil Nadu. It was formed by Tamil Nadu Slum Areas Act 1971. The main function of this board is to eradicate the slum and provide hygienic tenements in Tamil Nadu. Overall controlling Officer for Non- Technical functions of the Board. Review of collection work of Revenue Officers and Estate Officers. Sanction of all loans and advances except GPF to all staff of TNSCB. Appointing authority up to the level of Junior Assistant in Nontechnical subordinate service.

Educational Qualification :
- Candidates must have any degree (UG).
- Must have passed the Government Technical Examination in Typewriting and shorthand.
- By the Higher Grade in Tamil and English (or) By the Higher Grade in Tamil and Lower Grade in English (or) By the Higher Grade in English and Lower Grade in Tamil.
- Must have one year experience in the field of typewriting.
- Age Limit (as on 31.12.2020): Maximum: 45 Years
Engagement Period :
- Appointment to the posts shall be made on contractual basis initially for a period of 6 months
TNSCB Recruitment 2020 Selection Process :
- The selection shall be based on qualification, experience and skills of the candidate and followed by an interview.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be communicated for interview and will be allowed to appear in interview subject to verification of the credentials that they have mentioned in the application form.
