Qualification/Experience :
- BA/BS degree with experience in business analytics, statistical analysis, data modeling, and/ or evaluating KPIs and operational success metrics.
- 4-6 years of experience in executing BI projects.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills including written, verbal, and listening skills at all levels of the organization
- Operates with a curious enthusiasm and is eager to learn and apply new methods and standard methodologies
- Technical experience in BI/AI tools.
- High energy with the ability to empower and encourage others
- Ability to work in a geographical team with varied strengths
- Can explain complex concepts to anyone and bring them along for the journey.
- Creative and persistent problem solver.
- Can quickly identify measurable insights from data and are excellent at clearly articulating your findings and the recommended actions
- Proactive at interacting with partners to learn the processes, acquire the data required, and confident when communicating recommendations to leaders.
- Equally comfortable among data analysts and work as a great teammate.
Technical Skills/Knowledge required:
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with visualization tools, e.g. Tableau or PowerBi or ThoughtSpot
- 2+ years of experience in SQL Query, Toad, or Snowflake
- Proficient in data analysis, data exploration, data wrangling, and data validation
- Experience with data warehousing and data integration tools
Added advantage :
- Project Management (PMP) or Scrum Master certification
- Proficiency in wrapping ML models into APIs and deploying them on the cloud; Google Cloud Platform experience
- Ability to write robust, clean, and efficient code in Python, R
- Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms
- Proficiency with machine learning frameworks and libraries (like scikit-learn)
- Ability to define and construct a full pipeline for ML/AI solutions: idea generation, use case definition/feasibility/proof of concept, dataset creation/processing/cleaning, feature engineering, model building/enhancement/selection/tuning, production deployment
