Summary :

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing service desk voice support and managing service desk operations. Your typical day will involve interfacing with clients, accurately defining and resolving issues, and ensuring world-class system performance.

  • Provide service desk voice support, interfacing with clients to accurately define and resolve issues.

  • Strong understanding of service desk operations and client issue resolution. - Experience with cross-functional collaboration and exceptional communication. - Solid grasp of cloud technology advancements and their impact on service desk management. 

Additional Information: 

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
