South Indian Bank invites online applications for the post of Probationary Officers/ Clerks. Candidates with the education qualification of X/ SSLC, XII/ HSC & Graduation can apply for these posts. Educational Qualification :
Probationary Clerks with Experience :
- X/ SSLC, XII/ HSC & Graduation with minimum 60% marks under regular course. Graduation in Arts/ Science / Commerce/ Engineering stream
- Minimum 2 years in Clerical Cadre in any Scheduled Commercial Bank
Probationary Clerks :
- X/ SSLC, XII/ HSC & Graduation with minimum 60% marks under regular course. Graduation in Arts/ Science / Commerce/ Engineering stream
Probationary Officers :
- X/ SSLC, XII/ HSC & Engineering Graduation with minimum 60% marks under regular course. OR
- X/ SSLC, XII/ HSC, Graduation & any Post Graduation with minimum 60% marks under regular course.
Lateral recruitment of Probationary Officers :
- X/ SSLC, XII/ HSC & Graduation with minimum 60% marks under regular course. Graduation in Arts/ Science / Commerce/ Engineering stream
- Minimum 2 years in Scale I/ Officer Cadre in any Scheduled Commercial Bank.
- Active service of previous work experience may be counted and fixed for each candidate up on the sole discretion of the Bank based on experience
Age Limit :
- Probationary Clerks with Experience/ Lateral recruitment of Probationary Officers:
- Not more than 28 years. Candidate should be born not earlier than 01.12.1993 and not later than 30.11.2003 (both days inclusive).
- Probationary Clerks/ Probationary Officers:
- Not more than 26 years. Candidate should be born not earlier than 01.12.1995 and not later than 30.11.2003 (both days inclusive).
Age Relaxation :
- Upper age limit will be relaxed by 5 years in the case of SC/ST candidates.
Salary:
The salary for the above mentioned posts is as follows :
- Rs. 36,000 – 63,840/Month for Lateral recruitment of Probationary Officers & Probationary Officers
- Rs. 17,900 – 47,920/Month for Probationary Clerks with Experience & Probationary Clerks
Selection Process for South Indian Bank Recruitment 2022 :
Online Test and Final Interview: Adequate number of shortlisted applicants will be called for Interview. Mere eligibility will not vest any right on the applicant for being called for Interview.
Bank reserves the right to make required modifications in selection process considering number of applications for the post and also decide the number of applicants to be called for Interview. In matters regarding eligibility and selection, Bank’s decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
