Claims Handling MI reports Accounting Applications

Minimum Qualification : BCom

Job Description :

  • Processing of  Reimbursement claims of Employee like  benefit claims, travel (domestic/international) claims, payment vouchers, Lease rent processing.
  • Accounting & payment of claims. Handling Monthly, quarterly, annual accounts closing activities including bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation. 
  • Ensuring quality processing & adherence to SLA/TAT
  • Resolving HR/employee queries 
  • Coordination with HR & F&A department
  • Support Help desk for critical queries of employees & HR
  • System monitoring & driving automation/digitalization. 
  • Suggest & implementing process improvements as part of continual improvement plan.
  • Monthly MIS preparations 
  • Preparation of presentation for Monthly review meetings 
  • Coordination with Internal/External Audit team, responding to their queries & responding to the audit report.
