Job Responsibilities:
- Designed and developed high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high availability and performance.
- Contribute to all phases of the product development life cycle.
- Write well-designed, testable and efficient code.
- Ensure designs comply with specifications.
- Prepare and produce releases of software components.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating and presenting alternatives and technologies for architectural review.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling prospect, customer, and partner engagements
- Engaging in voice, email, and chat-based support
- Diagnosing and solving application issues
- Analyzing the needs of users and providing timely solutions
- Handling product demos, implementation, and training
