JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer Service Associate (CX)
Qualification : Any Degree
LOCATION: Bangalore
CTC:  3.25 to 4.3 LPA
Experience : Freshers
Batch : Upto 2024

Competencies and Skills Required: 
  • Graduate / undergraduate with overall 1+yrs experience in a BPO Voice Process/Customer Service role.
  • Proficient in English and Hindi verbal communication. (Fluent)
  • Demonstrates a flair for helping and servicing clients.
  • Candidate should be comfortable working in rotational shifts (Nightshifts including 12 am to 9 am shift for Male candidates).
  • Comfortable working 6 days with 1 rotational week off.
  • Candidates should be willing to work from the office (Location: Silk Board) with great ambience.
  • Candidates should be willing to travel to work by themselves.
