Job Description:
- We are seeking a Data Governance specialist to join our Data Governance team at Synopsys SIG. The Data Governance Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, of our data assets. They will accurately verify and update information within our systems based on existing policies and procedures. This position is critical to ensuring that all data is correctly processed and validated. This role needs to be able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly review and update existing data within the specified applications based on existing policies
- Proactively verify data within specified applications for accuracy
- Ensuring appropriate turnaround time on all data entry
- Ensure compliance with data regulations and standards
- Promote data quality and integrity
- Comply with data integrity policies
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to our policy to prepare data for loading
- Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures
- Maintains operation by following policies and procedures
- Conduct data governance audits and assessments
- Stay up-to-date on the latest data governance trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Salesforce CRM knowledge required
