Lenovo has to recruit candidates for Talent Acquisition Operations Intern position through off campus in Work From Home. Responsibilities of the intern:
- Data Management: Assist in maintaining and updating data in HR systems like Avature and Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Offer Letter Preparation: Support the preparation and release of employment offers while adhering to defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Reporting and Dashboards: Help create and manage recruitment reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Process Optimization: Assist in improving hiring processes and ensuring compliance with local policies and updates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition partners and HR Operations teams to support daily tasks and special projects.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Provide support for ad-hoc recruitment tasks, administrative duties, and operational initiatives. Collaboration with TA partners and HR Operations.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Available for a 3-month internship.
