- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Collect and verify necessary documents from clients for loan processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan approval, disbursal, and customer support.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up on potential customers.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
