- Candidates may choose to work from an office, in which case the location will be Gurgaon, although most will work from home.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responding on behalf of OLX to email questions, requests, grievances, and Google Play Store reviews
- When necessary, call the customer according to the procedure.
- ensuring that all inquiries and concerns receive quality responses; preserving and upholding quality standards in accordance with established SOPs
- addressing client issues as soon as possible
- Using the appropriate strategy from the start will result in accurate resolution and fewer reopened cases.
- keeping the first response time for emails and social media tickets under specified SLAs
- Limiting client unhappiness and ensuring customer satisfaction through responses
- having a constant attitude of positivity, empathy, and professionalism with clients
- collaborating and communicating with coworkers as needed.
- to handle Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media and app requests in accordance with SLAs
- To manage all daily chores and tasks involved in the process in precise accordance with the rules
- Be adaptable to the needs of the business, subject to overtime during holidays, vacations, and 24/7 shifts.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Additional Information :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is necessary.
- excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, a track record of taking the lead, and a professional persistence
- Knowing how to use CRM systems would be advantageous.
- Must be able to multi-task and navigate multiple systems at once.
- Must have at least one year of experience in a customer support role and be proficient in both written and vocal communication.
- Extreme commitment, sincerity, and a readiness to go above and beyond
- good command of the fundamentals of computers
- Desire to work in an environment that is difficult and fast-paced Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be advantageous
Selection Process Criteria :
- The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
