 About The Team:

 The Premium Customer Support team is responsible for managing customer support issues and responding quickly to incidents, critical events and inquiries for AppD's Premium Customers. We help the premium customers get maximum ROI by providing resources and technical assistance.

 What We Need:
  • BE/BTech with 0-2 years of work experience
  • Experience in any of these scripting languages- PHP, Python, Perl
  • Basic understanding of database and exp in running SQL queries
  • Good communication skills to handle customer escalation.
Responsibility:
  • Responsible for writing back-end scripts, running SQL queries and generating alerts and reports for customers
  • Managing the incidents and customer escalations
  • Manage upgrades and regular interaction with customers
