- Candidates with a 0 - 2 years of Service Desk experience – Those with technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with excellent English-speaking skills and willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Years of experience needed – 0-2 years.
- Operating Systems, Desktop, Laptop, MDM, Office 365, Password reset management, MS Office, Printer, COTS Applications, Exchange Server, VPN, VOIP, other end devices and SharePoint.
- Active listening and probing skills
- Effective business communication skills
- Navigate through ticketing tools and knowledge base articles.
- Receptive for feedback and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude and team player
